About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Lead GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Gen AI and agentic AI technologies to lead AI/ML engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence in the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.
- Mentor engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.
- Conduct research on emerging AI tech and trends to inform project direction.
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with NLP.
